This is a low-profile surface-mount ceiling fixture with a 15 watt LED light module integrated into the center. Given a rated life of 35,000 hours, it will provide reliable lighting for years to come. Used 5 hours a day this represents more than 19 years of use. While the overall amount of light produced is just slightly more than 600 lumens (approximately equivalent to a 50 watt incandescent light bulb), because of the directional nature of LEDs, the amount of light directly underneath the fixture will be closer to that offered by a 75 to 100 watt incandescent.

This fixture is dimmable down to 10% (when used in conjunction with an electronic dimmer designed for use with LEDs). It is designed to attach directly to a standard junction box. The color of the light is 3,000 degrees Kelvin (warm white). The housing has a nickel finish.
